Been meaning to mention this for a while now. Lets get a group of guards, wardens and prisoners together.. train them up with the help of pro cycle racers and coaches.. then set them off on a mini tour de France. Francois Grosvalet is the sports development advisor to the French prison system and he somehow got this idea to work! Only in France.
